About the service
With over 18 years of experience, Jackson Physio is a highly specialist neurological physiotherapy service providing personalised and professional expertise in the community within the Liverpool area.
Our principle physiotherapist, Cleo Jackson, qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2008, and has extensive experience within both the NHS and Private sector. With over 10 years of specialising in neurological physiotherapy, alongside previous senior experience in orthopaedic physiotherapy, Cleo is able to treat adults with a wide range of conditions causing difficulties in movement, functional activities of daily living and mobility.
Our priority is to always treat each person as an individual and ensuring our input is based upon each persons unique goals on areas affecting both physical and mental wellbeing.
After an initial conversation and assessment, we build upon each session at a time and monitor progress as we go - using our expert knowledge and therapeutic handling to optimise the potential to reach both short and longterm goals where possible.
As a community-based service, whether at home, an agreed community space, or in residential/nursing home settings, we are able to accommodate treatment sessions suited to the individual person and environment available.
We are now also pleased to also be able to offer some sessions at The Changing Rooms, therapy rooms, based on the grounds of Sudley Estate and Fields in South Liverpool.
Cleo is also qualified in British Sign Language (BSL) to BSL Level 3 qualification.
